About the Initiative:
The D.R.E.A.M Youth Development Initiative reflects MS9’s commitment to shaping the next generation of leaders.
The program is designed to equip students and young professionals with the skills, guidance, and confidence needed
to transition from classrooms to careers with purpose. D.R.E.A.M stands for Discover your passion, Reach out &
connect, Equip yourself, Accelerate your growth, Master your skills.
Through expert-led Professional Development sessions, Career Coaching, Mentorship, and Access to opportunities,
DREAM blends career readiness with holistic personal growth. The program places a special focus on Career
Development, Employability & Entrepreneurship, AI & Robotics Skills Development, Mental Health Well-
Being and Women Empowerment enabling participants to become more confident, career-ready, and socially
responsible individuals. Through interactive sessions, training workshops, and mentorship initiatives, the program
seeks to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional readiness, fostering a generation of youth that
is innovative, employable, and future-oriented. By combining professional development with personal discovery, the
program nurtures students to become socially responsible, future-ready individuals who can thrive in competitive AI
driven global environments.

1. Career Development
a. Provide Career Counseling sessions, Workshops, and Mentorship opportunities.
b. Train students in employability skills such as CV Writing, LinkedIn Profile Review & Networking
Advice, Interview Preparation, and Education Abroad Advisory services.

ACTIVITIES
• Conducted Career Development sessions with more than 400 students at COMSATS, CUST,
NUML and IQRA University in Pakistan, where they shared their areas of improvement, future
career goals and project ideas.
• Successfully conducted onsite sessions on Mental Health Well Being, Professional Development
and AI & Robotics Careers in Islamabad, Pakistan. More than 100 students attended the sessions
and shared positive feedback.
• Ongoing Webinar Series for students on Education Abroad, Entrepreneurship and Women
Empowerment by local and international seasoned Industry professionals.
• Dream AI Student Community Pakistan, which is an AI Mentors led student community
focusing on AI careers, skills, projects and ethics has been recently launched. Virtual Q&A AI
Careers sessions, AI Bootcamps, Trainings and Hackathons are planned in collaboration with
partners and AI industry professionals.
• Launch of Fellowships, Workshops and Internships for students in the areas of AI, Mental
Health, Entrepreneurship and Women Empowerment in collaboration with local and
international partners are in the pipeline.

and deliver youth-focused programs in Career Development, AI & Emerging Technologies Skills,
