Maham Shahid
CEO & Founder Maham Shahid is a CIPD-certified HR professional and ICF accredited Career Coach with over 15 years of HR, Recruitment, Coaching and management experience across diverse sectors namely Telecom, IT, Renewable Energy, Banking, Humanitarian and Education. Ms. Shahid has expertise in all areas of HR and Recruitment as well as, has held key responsibilities for rolling out HR Change Management and Merger& Acquisition initiatives, advising and supporting senior management on HR Policies and Processes, and liaising with international partners and clients on cross-functional Organizational Development, Recruitment and Change Management projects.
Salman Hafeez
HR Advisor & Coach Salman Hafeez, a seasoned HR leader, boasts 23+ years in multinationals across chemicals, FMCG, telecom, and banking. His roles in three transformations including McKinsey-led, JAZZ and Engro shifts, showcase his change prowess. Salman excels in strategic thinking, stakeholder comms, and ethical leadership, recognized with the “Best HR Practices 2018” award. Collaborating with McKinsey, he led projects like Talent Systems relaunch and Rewards Philosophy. Salman’s impact extended to Philip Morris Indonesia, enhancing HR Business Partner Model and OD initiatives. As part of Asia Pacific CoE at Philip Morris International, he launched innovative programs, including Talent Management Framework and 360-degree VOICES Feedback. Salman’s continuous growth drive is evident in certifications like CHOICES ® and MatchMaker trainer. Currently Salman Hafeez is CEO AEG Consulting and working in partnership with MS9 Consulting as HR Advisor & Coach.
Farah SD
Career & Life Coach Results-driven and dedicated Senior Bank Professional and a Coach based in Florida, USA, with over 12 years of Corporate Banking, Marketing and Change Management experience in the Financial Sector. Farah has held top leadership positions with Barclays Bank, Citigroup, Faysal Bank and NIB Bank, where she had proven track record of driving Revenue Growth, Business Transformation, Building Client Relationships and diverse Portfolios in the most challenging environments. Farah has a passion for bringing out the best in people and has trained and coached many working professionals in various fields.
Salar Khan

Seemab Khan
Recruiter & Admin Assistant A highly skilled professional with expertise in recruitment, HR operations, and administration. He efficiently manages recruitment processes, coordinates with stakeholders, and oversees key administrative tasks. His experience also includes logistics management and providing comprehensive support to senior leadership.
Dr Shahid Ikram
Mental Health Counsellor & Health Coach Dr Shahid Ikram is CEO Health & Solace Care and Home Care Healthcare services. He is MBBS, MRCP UK, ICAP-I Medical Specialist & Internationally Certified Addiction Treatment Professional. Dr. Shahid has extensive experience in Mental Health Counselling, Holistic Health Coaching and Medical Care services. Dr. Shahid has worked with various renowned healthcare and Rehabilitation entities as well as, Educational entities in Pakistan, USA, UK and Sri Lanka.
Misbah Khan
Mental Health Counsellor & Psychologist Ms. Misbah Khan is a Psychologist and Internationally Certified Addiction Treatment Professional at Health & Solace Care. She is Certified in Women’s Intervention for Substance Exposure: Comprehensive Care for Substance Use Disorder (WISE) Certified Recovery Ally and has extensive Mental Health counselling experience in the healthcare sector. Ms. Misbah has been providing Mental Health Counselling and conducting Healthcare workshops for women.
