Responsible For
  • Sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates, preparing job descriptions, coordinating interviews, and performing reference checks as needed.
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market analysis.
  • Building long-term relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Pitching MS9’s recruitment solutions and customizing them to suit client requirements.
  • Meeting monthly BD & sales targets for recruitment.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment and ensuring quality hiring services to clients  
  • Conducting market research and staying updated on the latest industry trends to advise clients accordingly.
Additional Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, and recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment services and industry dynamics.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and build client relationships.
