HR & Admin Assistant supports administrative operations while playing a key role in assisting in delivering HR & Coaching administrative services. This position combines office management duties with hands-on coordination of Career Development and HR activities. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented professional with strong writing skills and a passion for helping individuals achieve their career goals. It is a full time position based in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Responsible For
Administrative Duties:

* Manage office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a functional workspace.
* Handle incoming communications (e.g., emails, phone calls) and respond to inquiries about Company's services.
* Maintain organized records (digital and physical) for administrative tasks and coaching documentation.
* Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, equipment needs, or office logistics and handle vendor payments.
* Schedule meetings and prepare materials for HR administrative tasks and Coaching sessions.
* Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment in line with health and safety standards.

HR & Coaching Coordination Duties:

* Resume Review: Evaluate client Resumes, providing feedback on structure, content, and formatting to enhance marketability.
* Resume and Cover Letter Writing: Draft or refine resumes and cover letters tailored to specific job opportunities, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client goals.
* Shortlisting Candidates: Review applications or resumes for internal hiring or client projects, identifying top candidates based on predefined criteria.
* Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interview and session schedules between internal candidates, coaching clients, managing calendars and sending confirmations/reminders.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients in-person or online, addressing questions and providing program details.
* Prepare and share coaching materials, such as templates, guides, or workshop resources.
* Collect feedback from clients to assess satisfaction and improve services, compiling reports as needed.
Additional Requirements
Important Note * Standard hours Monday - Friday with occasional flexibility.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience Requirements
Fresh Graduate with some internship experience.
