  • Managing recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Overseeing performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Providing guidance on HR-related matters, including compliance and labor laws.

Additional Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
