  • Conducting initial screenings and technical assessments, and coordinating interviews.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Utilizing various platforms and recruitment tools to find and attract talent.
  • Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Additional Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
