Maham Shahid
Founder & CEO
Maham Shahid is a CIPD-certified HR professional and ICF accredited Career Coach with over 15 years of HR, Recruitment, Coaching and management experience across diverse sectors namely Telecom, IT, Renewable Energy, Banking, Humanitarian and Education. Ms. Shahid has expertise in all areas of HR and Recruitment as well as, has held key responsibilities for rolling out HR Change Management and Merger& Acquisition initiatives, advising and supporting senior management on HR Policies and Processes, and liaising with international partners and clients on cross-functional Organizational Development, Recruitment and Change Management projects.

Salman Hafeez
HR Advisor & Coach Salman Hafeez, a seasoned HR leader, boasts 23+ years in multinationals across chemicals, FMCG, telecom, and banking. His roles in three transformations including McKinsey-led, JAZZ and Engro shifts, showcase his change prowess. Salman excels in strategic thinking, stakeholder comms, and ethical leadership, recognized with the “Best HR Practices 2018” award. Collaborating with McKinsey, he led projects like Talent Systems relaunch and Rewards Philosophy. Salman’s impact extended to Philip Morris Indonesia, enhancing HR Business Partner Model and OD initiatives. As part of Asia Pacific CoE at Philip Morris International, he launched innovative programs, including Talent Management Framework and 360-degree VOICES Feedback. Salman’s continuous growth drive is evident in certifications like CHOICES ® and MatchMaker trainer. Currently Salman Hafeez is CEO AEG Consulting and working in partnership with MS9 Consulting as HR Advisor & Coach.

Hassan Raza
Management Advisor & Trainer Mr. Hassan Raza is a seasoned management advisor, trainer, and social worker with a background in business and technology. A graduate of California State University and Harvard Business School, he has held roles at Mitsui Europe, Fairchild Semiconductor, and Intel, earning a U.S. patent in 1977 for a transistor design. Currently, he directs Taaleem Foundation, educating over 10,000 children in underserved areas, and serves on the boards of the Sir Syed Memorial Society and Pakistan National Council of Arts. Affiliated with the Harvard Club of Pakistan, he has also contributed to legal reforms, advocating for amendments to expedite civil case resolutions in Pakistan. His work spans entrepreneurship, leadership, and social welfare.

Salar Khan
Education Advisor & Career Coach A Skilled Researcher and Policy Analyst in Qatar specializing in Social Policy and Program Evaluation. He has led projects at the Qatar Foundation and Carnegie Mellon University, US. His expertise lies in data analysis, impact assessment, and developing strategic frameworks. With a focus on driving data-informed decisions, he works to improve educational outcomes through strategic partnerships and has been coaching students and work professionals across various fields.

Dr. Saeed Elahi
Management Advisor Dr. Saeed Elahi is a veteran physician-executive and public policy expert with over 30 years of leadership in health governance, crisis management, and humanitarian response. A former Parliamentary Secretary for Health (Punjab) and Chairman of the Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS), he has shaped national health initiatives and expanded humanitarian services across Pakistan. He currently advises the Punjab Health Department on post-pandemic resilience, consults international agencies on climate-responsive disaster strategies, and supports NGOs in governance reform and institutional development. His achievements include leading Punjab’s award-winning Dengue Control Program, scaling PRCS into Pakistan’s largest blood service network, founding the PRCS Women’s Forum, and launching Helpline 1030 for disaster response.

Lubna Khalid
Trainer & Life Coach Lubna Khalid is a consultant based in Toronto, Canada. She moved to Canada in 2000 and has over a decade of in-depth experience in designing and conducting DEI & Women Empowerment Trainings across Canada, USA and Europe. She holds a Master’s degree in Physiology from Karachi University, Pakistan. Currently she coordinates Women’s leadership and empowerment training programs in a non-profit organization in Canada. Lubna is an active member and consultant with ICI (Insight for Community Impact ) offering learning on the nature of difference, leadership, and authority in groups for the past 10 years.
